Where my story starts
Hi, I’m Maria Rose. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the art of storytelling – the way the right words, told at the right time, can shift perspectives, spark emotion, and make people stop and pay attention. I didn’t know it back then, but that’s PR at its core. And it’s what I’ve spent the past 13 years mastering.
I started my career at the world’s biggest global agency, working across industries from beauty and fashion to tech and hospitality. I saw firsthand how powerful PR can be – how a single piece of press, the right narrative, or a well-timed activation could completely transform any business. But I also saw how generic, expensive, and overcomplicated it had become, especially for small business owners and solopreneurs who needed it the most.
That’s why I created Sable & Rose.
A modern PR studio designed to help growing business build credibility, attract the right opportunities, and build relationships with the right people. The ones who will talk about you, believe in what you do, and turn into lifelong clients and customers. PR shouldn’t feel like a luxury or a mystery. It should be an intentional and natural part of how your business grows. That’s what I help my clients do.
